I know LCC offer afew of their courses in the evening, might be worth an ask.
Try the adult learning centres aswell, had a list of all their courses through the door few weeks back, sure there were afew make up ones, no idea of they are accreditted or not though. Hth. Xx

Art deco are based in Liverpool . Not sure if they do courses tho x

Liverpool Community College run an evening course in the city centre. VTCT in fashion and photographic make up. It runs twice a year but the January start will probably already be full, it is very difficuly to get a place.
