Hi all
I am just posting to see if there is an easier way of managing my enquiries. I have just opened an account with salon lite which I love, for managing bookings. I am self employed and getting busier (which is good, so I can soon leave my day job!) but I get a lot of enquiries on fb and via my website, and until we have booked in a date theyre not a client- once theyre in salon lite then we're all sorted.
At the moment, I just go through them, make a note of who to call, the details and their quote in a notebook (its makeup and my prices can vary depend on what they want) and then make a note of if I have left them a message or I will enter them as a booking.
Is this how you would do it? I was thinking of making a little spreadsheet so I could keep on top of them, but am I making too much work for myself? I just have quite a lot and I am starting to lose track a little bit!x
