 .....I have tried and tried with my Marbling Tool I bought from Designer Nails to create the desired effect.

Even after careful choice of colours and lots of patience, I get more of a 'mud bath' look than a 'marbled' look.

Can anyone out there give me any hits, tips or useful info on how to get an effective marbled look on a nail.

someone did suggest I use the marbling tool as a rhinestone 'picker-upper', but I am determined to use it for what it was designed for!!!

Thanks in advance
any advice/pictures welcomed

The water that you put your drops of polish in should be 'body' heat ... not hot and not cold. Then just take your tool and gently pull one colour into another ... don't stir it or whisk it or anything, just gently swirl a tiny but. THen carry on with the 'finger' bit.
