Mascara for lash extensions

Hi

Can anyone recommend a mascara suitable for lash extensions that you can buy on the high street. I have a client that always wears mascara but I don't normally recommend wearing mascara with extensions and don't want to go to the expense of buying in manufacturers (of the lashes) special mascara. Any ideas please?

hiya, It is my understanding that if you wear everday mascara with lash extensions it will weaken the bonds which secure them in place. I carry out Hollywood lashes on clients and also wear them myself, but if they are wanting to buy the mascara I retail them the one which goes with the system and explain what could happen if they wear any other.
The one which I retail is not that expensive when you think how much they pay for them doing in the first place.

I am trained with Nouveau Lashes and they say you should use a non-oil based mascara to prolong the life of the eyelash extension. You only need to use water to remove the mascara.

Nouveau Lashes also sell a longer life coating similar to teflon to make the adhesive last longer.

You can find a salon near you that will sell the mascara if you look up the nouveau website.

I bought some today from Nouveau .... £24 for 24 Mascaras!!!

I too have clients who want to put mascara on the tips of their lashes!
