I am no expert in this area but maybe a free head massage and foot treatment with her next service with her desired presure as a jesture of good will.

I think your reply was perfect and you did the right thing.
There are some people out there that aren't quite 'balanced' If you know what I mean. I had issues with a 'not very well balanced' client a few years ago and it was very stressful. To be honest, I was too much of a listening compassionate ear..great for most clients...but opened up a whole heap of issues with a very needy person!!

Sounds to me like she wanted her massage for free or free treatments… perfect response though Jemima. Weldone! You and your therapist sound really professional.
