Micro Ring

Im new to this so hello all!

I just wanted to know if anyone uses/used the micro ring method to extend hair? I currently (on my own) only cold bond it which last a week or so at a time. Any reviews, methods and places i can buy good quality at a reasonable priced micro ring hair?
