can anyone help answer a couple of questions as I have read my councils tattooing/SPM legislations and theres a coupe of things I dont quite understand.
1) can you only do tattooing in the room or would I also still be able to offer waxing, lash extensions etc?
2) does there need to be a sink in the room (my sinks 5 steps out of my beauty room into my utility area)?
3) does the floor need to be completely smooth (mines not wood but it has a wood effect grain in it)?
4) who collects sharps/clinical waste- your council or a private company, and how much roughly does this cost?
