Microdermabrasion- northamptonshire

Hi I have been going to have microdermabrasion once a week in northamptonshire. Its fab for my skin but not for my bank balance! I pay £70 for one treatment, is this normal? Also does anyone know of anyone else that is cheaper in northamptonshire please. Trying to save for a weddin as well! xxx
