Can you please enlighten me on minx especially on the toes. I'm waiting to get my package next week and I can't really wait. I'm excited. :) How do you use the minx lamp when a client wants minx toes? also do you do any sort of manicure or pedicure before the actual minx.

Thanks for any suggestions.

Hi
if you ring sweetsquared they should be able to arrange for you to get free training which will answer all your questions, and make you look professional when applying the product, minx in my mind needs proper training to ensure consistency in all us nail techs so as not to cheapen the brand, good luck xx

Thanks Sam for the reply, but I have already spoken to sweet squared and not all technicians can travel to Scotland for the training even though it's free. I know most technicians learnt minx application via minx website as I was also advised to go on the site by sweet squared. I've been on the site myself but it was only the finger demonstration. I just wondered how the toes application would be like. I don't mind having the training even if I have to pay for it but I'm in Kent and I cannot physically go down to Scotland due to some reasons at the moment. I don't mind if any lovely geek out there can help me out on this. Also to clarify, I am a professional and I definately look professional when you see me.
Thanks for the input.

Hi I tend to do the Minx toes like I would a pedi, They sit on my couch and I do cuticle work and shape, dehydrate the nail then apply the Minx. I have a table to the side of me with the lamp and stuff on. So the lamp can be over there toes as I work.
I offer this basic Minx Pedi or a full Pedi and Minx at extra cost. Hth.x

Hi

I offer the minx in addition to full mani or pedi at an extra cost of £18.00 for the minx plus the usual mani/pedi cost or as minx alone with a dry manicure/pedicure (cuticle work, file and minx) for £25.00.

Have to say the pedicures last for ages - I had golden lightening on for 6 weeks and 6 days!

Thank you guys for all your contributions, I'll definately try it on some of the stylists at the salon before letting loose on the public. I'll keep you posted and if I'm lucky, I'll post some pictures.
