Mobile or Rent-A-Chair?

I'm looking to train in nails early next year, with Creative and am just wondering the best route to go down, what are the pros and cons for both?

Of course I'd be looking to get plenty of practise in first!! Is a mobile business harder to get initial customers than a rent a chair?
