Mobile or renting?

do you think its more profitable to rent a space in salon than be mobile?im currently mobile at the minute but looking to try and:) boost my income

The problem with mobile is that it takes a very long time to build up a reasonable amount of clients.You dont get passing trade as you would in a salon.It's swings and roundabouts with both because with mobile you dont have to worry about rent or rates etc but it's getting enough clients to give you a good income and with a salon you obviously have all your overheads but you will have a much better chance of having more clients due to passing trade and the shop front.
 
yer thats what i thought i have built up good base so far but thought with renting a room it would give me more clients with passing trade..do you knowwhat i would expect to pay?
 
I think 80 to 150 a week seems about average depending where you are.
