Mobile vs room rental?

Hi geeks

Ive got many years experience, from working in salons. Been mobile for nearly 7 years, getying very tired from carrying equipment and driving everywhere etc.

I'm contemplating rent a room somewhere or even a small salon.
Has anyone taken this leap before? And made better profit?

Or offer any words of advice?

Hi I went from mobile to renting a room and its great but I'm still mobile to a handful of clients as the rooms too far. I love being in the room as its stable and I can fit more in as there's no travel time in between and its great for my back lol

I have serious back pain too, caused from 2 car accidents. (Convinced cos im on road more). Mobile is starting to give me even worse pain.

Would you say you earn more even though you pay rent?
