Moving your business forward/business planning

HI I have a meeting with Business Link on Monday on how I wish to grow my business,

I have a few ideas on how to grow it, like getting my backside of my settee and posting some leaflets, upgrading my website etc.

Does anyone do forward planning is what I am asking?

I have to take over a mortgage next year on my own, and I am really not sure if I can do it. I need help to push this on my own.

Any ideas would be appreciated!
