Just wondering about how fellow professional s feel about mystery shoppers being used in the industry, from an employee or an employer point of view ?
Do you think it's a good way to maintain / improve standards or do you think it creates unnecessary pressure on the stylist / therapist and a false atmosphere ?
 
I love the ones you see on the tv series, Tabatha's salon takeover. :cool:

I think on the whole, they can be beneficial in helping staff to see the service from the clients perspective. That's providing you have a supportive manager who can also take constructive criticism and help develop the staff.
