dont know if im saying it right but they put you in booth that sprays you
instead of getting burned
wanted to try it is it any good or will i come out looking orange
and does any one know the price cost and how long it last????

I think you mean a spray tanning booth hun.
I don't recommend them as they have no control over where the solution goes.So ends up patchy and most of the time as you say...orange.
Find a spray tanner in your area. They will spray you by hand to ensure the tan is even and not on the palms of your hands etc. A lot of good tans now days will not turn you orange. Hope this helps xxx

And sorry they usually cost from £20-£35 depending on the therapist

I have a spray tan booth. It's not mystic tan but the dual spray booth from sunquest. I use the booth myself as i do the spray tans and have no-one to spray me:cry:.
Given the choice i would have a manual spray tan every time.
You get sprayed from nozzles in the booth and it collects all round the booth and then drops over you. It misses bits everywhere! First couple of times i used it i had splotches everwhere and runs from where i had stood too close to the nozzles. I've get a decentish tan now as i make sure i stand as far from the nozzles as i can. Make sure you put vaseline over your fingernails, toenails, palms, toes and side of feet as i've found that that's where it goes on too much. I always use a glove immediately after coming out of the booth. It tends to miss patches on your arms quite bad so i get the glove and rub myself all over while it is still wet.
I have a full length mirror so i have a good look and quickly wipe everywhere with the glove.
My last couple of tans have come out ok but i have had to go on it twice one after the other to get enough liquid out to spread about.
It will last as long as a manual spray. I charge £10 but to be honest most people have the manual spray and the booth is not very popular at all.
My booth only has one pot so that means only one colour and one percentage. I have 10% solution in mine so if someone came in and wanted 8% or 12% then they can't.
I'm not sure what the mystic tan booth does but i'd ask lots of questions first.

Oh what a shame you are not closer to me. i would have sprayed you. I have trained my boyfriend to do mine. After the 100th time he still doesn't know what he's doing hee hee xxx

Ah bless you. I did get my husband to spray me once. He sprayed boats for years so i thought i'd let him have a go. Had a very dark back and white fingers-lol. Wasn't too bad for a first time. Will have to get him trained up!If my Celebrity Secrets rep is in the area she said she would spray me but something always crops up so will have to make do with the funny poses and quick wipedowns for now:green:

Hi i have noticed your post, i was looking into buying one of these machines and am quite put off now by reading your comment.
On the instructions it says to always make sure the air is at 12 psi before each tan, do you do this?
also it advised to use an all over moisturiser immediately after the process too have u tried this?
Just trying to work out if these things might contribute to the blotchy tan or if the machine is just 100% useless lol.

Hope to hear back from you soon :)

Thank You
