This is a personal and public thankyou to Envy and other geeks who came to the rescue of some-one a couple of weeks ago querying a small lump on a clients finger.
Having read this thread and saved it to favourites I was able to tell my mum straight away what she had got (she has one on her toe as well which came up at the same time).
I looked into the causes a bit and discoverd it was connected to osteo-arthritis ( it has appeared on her finger which is getting worse with arthritis). i asked her when she was last checked for osteoparosis, she replied never!! I have recommended that the next time she is at the doctors to mention it and see what they say. Whilst it may not be a problem now, 10 years from now she might be grateful that I was able to pick it up.
