Nail art, how?

I'm not artistic, a client has asked for these nails. I know there is someone on here that would know how to do them. Any help greatly appreciated.

At a guess the hearts are painted on with either highly pigmented gel polish, polish or acrylic paint then the black outlines painted over the top to define the shapes. You'd need a detailer brush, a steady hand and a highly pigmented black (again either GP, polish or paint)

That's probably an hour of hand painting work, be sure to charge for your time and skill

I think those are decals. Maybe where she found the picture would tell the origin of the product. Cute, tho.
