Nail comp model - tattoos allowed?

I am seriously pondering whether to enter the Nailympics in September :Scared:!! I have a couple of clients with stunning nail beds who would happily model for me but one has a tattoo on the side of her hand and the other has a small on on the underside of her wrist.

I've had a read of the rules here (Rules) and I can't see anything about visible tattoos on models, so does anyone know if it's allowed or not?
