Nail Lifting

Does anyone know if prescription hand cream from the doctor can cause either gel or acrylic nails to lift?

I've known of a cortizone cream to cause it (although some will argue against). I suggested client switch to her cuticle oil for a while and lifting stopped AND it treated her psoriasis (or was it excema?) a lot better than the cream. She threw out the cream.
