What system did you use for training? The best system for any individual is usually the one that they are trained in!

If you aren't happy with your product, then consider re-training in a new one, but I would never just name a product and send someone out to get it without training. You risk product application issues and service breakdown.....and then its not the best product any longer!

The better quality product manufacturer's require you to train to convert to their products anyway.
