Nail room rent cost

Do any of you rent a room in a salon for doing nails? If so can I ask what do you pay a day for it? I would be grateful for input as I'm looking to rent a room for £25 a day. Thank you

I rented a room in a hair salon where I did nails and beauty until last October when I set up a salon at home. I paid £36 per day but I guess it's different depending on the area you're in? I'm in a sleepy town in Somerset. £25 sounds like a bargain! x
