Nail station/table rent?

Hello geeks! We are in the process of opening a new hair salon and are planning on putting in a nail station. Anyone have any idea of how much rent we should be asking for the table? We are based just outside Reigate Surrey on a quiet parade. Some existing hair salon customers but the nail tech would really need to build their own business. Any help, advice greatly appreciated
