Nail Techs in London

I am not sure why I think this but do nail techs working in London have to be NVQ trained?

In certain boroughs. Camden and Westminster. It may be enough that you are working towards NVQ or at least one nail technician in the salon. Requirements vary so much it is best to check with the particular local authority.
