Hi, I've been in the beauty industry for over 14 years, regularly update my training and qualifications and work exceptionally hard always going the extra mile yet no thanks or appreciation from bosses, no pay rises still on minimum wage well into my 30's. I love my job, its my life! Clients are fab and I'm still so so desperately passionate about beauty. However working for other people is barely paying my bills 
I sell a lot of retail on a daily basis (I'm talking hundreds of pounds worth) and don't get any commission. It can be quite disheartening sometimes.
I'm thinking of starting my own business and I really need some help on the best way to go about it.
Who has done mobile first and then had a salon?
Anyone just gone straight in for it with a salon?
Does anyone run their beauty business from a wooden cabin in their garden? This option I am very keen to find out about.
