Need help with nail art

I am a new technician and I want to do nail art but not sure where to start. Can I get a good book that will teach me how to use different tools and techniques? Where, how did other technicians learn?

There are some places that teach nail art....you could try searching the net for nail art classes or maybe someone can recommend somewhere for you.
