Has anyone signed up to the new Pingit App from Barclays ?
I am wondering if that would be an easy way to get deposits and booking fees ( especially from unreliable customers.) Being mobile it is difficult to secure deposits as the client normally cant be bothered to make the trip and for me to collect a deposit in advance is not cost effective.
I know a debit/credit card machine is the ideal way but I have not applied for a terminal yet as I am hoping to set all that up once my premises are ready to move into (at the moment the plasterers and electricians are still creating havoc up there and the landscapers are tidying up and forming some pathways for high heeled shoes)
