New CND UV lamp cannot open it!

Hi guys can someone please tell me how to get the blinkin thing opened??? I have read all of the shellac threads and followed the advided by a geek its still not opening :sad: help I want to shellac my self today lol xx

The easiest way I have found is to turn it on its side and press down from the top then turn it over and do the same at the other side.

phew! panic over! after an hour It finally poped open xx
