Was just wondering if you had the power to bring in legislation for the nail industry what would you do, what laws would you pass i.e how long training would there be before you could open up business etc etc. What qualifications would you make compulsory (just interested in a really good debate) and would you all be prepared to resit exams etc (a bit like re taking driving test) or would your legislation only be for new techs.
