According to a new organic skincare company, direct selling is the future for the beauty industry. EllaPure, which had a soft launch in April 2010, employs over 142 direct self employed sellers who promote the company's paraben-, SLS- and SLES-free body and skincare formulations.

EllaPure claims that it has tapped into a segment of the UK workforce who demand flexible working hours. It also believes it is meeting the needs of consumers who want to switch to an organic lifestyle. According to the brand, it has outstripped its targets within the first quarter of trading and company bosses expect an annual turnover in excess of £2million by year three.

“The cosmetics industry is slowly waking up to this [organic skincare] now but EllaPure is proud to be a pioneer in offering a comprehensive range of 100% pure, British Made health and beauty solutions in the UK,” said Simon Burke, founder and MD of EllaPure.

The range includes Pure Organic Essential Oils; Rescue Creams; Facial Care; Bath Salts; Aromatherapy to Go; Precious Oils; Nutrition; Home Fragrance and Mother & Baby products.

Burke added: “We are committed to bringing new and exciting products to the market but we will always maintain our strong ethics towards producing only the purest products. We are equally committed to working with the local community and supporting in any way we can.”
