Hello, new here, so hope this works! I am a salon owner and have been approached by a therapist wishing to rent a room one day a fortnight. Wondering how much is a fair rent or is it best to charge commission on whatever she takes? We are based in a busy high street. Many thanks, any replies would be really appreciated! what a fantastic site !

this depends so much on rates local to your area and also what the therapist is doing and earning.
for a nail tech, about £25 per day is average but is it worth your hassle to only make that from renting it out.

if shes performing a high profit treatment, it might be more worth your while to get a commision.
