Hi. I am in the process of creating a small (12 × 6) self contained room within our busy salon that has lots of passing trade.
We already have an in house part time beauty therapist therefore your services must not clash but there is the option of offering her back up and using her room and products on a profit share, this seems to work well already.
Ideally the new room would suit a barber wanting to branch out into their own business but without the overheads of a salon, or maybe a chiropodist or podiatrist, a botox service, laser lipo or something non holistic, non regressional as the room is not quiet enough (however the beauty therapists room can be used as previously stated, with her agreement).
We are on a main road with free street parking, there is space out the front for advertising, a barbers candy pole etc.
You will be responsible for your advertising but there will be plenty of shared opportunities with us. Non proactive people need not apply!
