:idea: Hi everyone, i'm new to this site, & want loads of info from all of you if you dont mind. I'm hopefully gonna open a shop, not done nothing like this before, although have loads of hairdressing experience. Need to know what sort of payscheme works best, rent a chair or commisssion only & how it works. Juniors how to I go about employing them - any grants available? What can I expect from staff. Love to hear all your comments & all advice very welcome, together with sort of prices I can charge. Im in Bexley/Dartford area. xx

Hi Michelle, I'm not far from you. I would say think about how you liked to be paid in a salon, and treat your employees the same. Your accountant can give you specific advice on setting up a payroll system for employees.
