Hi Everyone, I was trying to find some information in google and came accross this site so I thought I'd try it.
I am located on the Sunshine coast of Australia and have just started up my fist hair and nail salon.
Over the past few years I have worked as a hairdresser and had service targets to reach anywhere from 1.75 times my weekly wage to 3.5 times my weekly wage with commision generally being paid at 30% over target.
Does anyone have any ideas of what a standard tRget level should be and also what are generally retail targets. I am using L'Oreal hair products.
