Just wondering if anyone has hear of this or used it?
From what I read it seems the same idea as olaplex?!

I'm guessing that it's just another Olaplex knock off

There is no comparison between the two. Sadly, there are currently 15 knockoffs on the market making these claims. Ingredient deck for Niophlex breaks down as follows:

Niophlex primary active ingredient is sodium laneth-40 maleate/styrene sulfonate copolymer and is classified as hair waving or straightening hair fixing film forming. With that being said, it will coat the hair. There is absolutely no basis in chemistry. Ethanolamine, the second ingredient, helps to form emulsions by reducing the surface tension of the substances to be emulsified so that water-soluble and oil-soluble ingredients can be blended together. Polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) is used in the cosmetics and beauty industry as a binder, film former, emulsion stabilizer, suspending agent and hair fixative. Soy isoflavones is generally used as a hair growth supplement and would have no effect in regards to actual chemistry. N-acetyl cysteine, or NAC is generally used as a supplement for hair loss. Most commonly, doctors might prescribe this drug as an inhalant to treat mucus buildup. NAC may also provide antioxidants that help to combat aging factors, such as hair loss. Hair loss is a medical issue and entirely different than preventing and repairing damage. In addition, with NAC products, the problem is that visible hair is not living. It has already been created, and it cannot incorporate L-cysteine into its structure. And unless you leave the product on your scalp 24 hours a day, the L-cysteine is not going to seep into the follicle that produces the hair, which uses glycine and tyrosine in greater amounts than L-cysteine.

Niophlex is actually manufactured by the same company that does Cureplex it seems. Same exact ingredient decks.
