No 18 maintenance nail (nail trainer)

Can anyone tell me what I do with the nail trainer no 18 nail? I am working the whole hand (second assessment of acrylic nail course. Essential nails) do I file the chip out of the free edge and file the overgrowth out of the cuticle area?

yes hun ...just file it out and file the free edge...so it like a new nail..xx
