I learnt this on my waxing course with Kim Lawless. I haven't been asked for it from a client but occasionally do family . It is very simple but hugely satisfying ! I guess I need to get out more !!!! Lol

As well as nose waxing, you can also use hot wax to do an ear wax :) perfect for either hairy or older men :) x

Hard wax on a small applicator, put it inside the nostril just half way, rotate the applicator slightly just to make sure most of the hairs are attached, give the nostril a pinch and while holding the bridge of the nose firmly pull the stick out quickly

I plucking my nose hair and I am comfortable while doing it. Plucking hair does prevent hair from growing back over time.

I am surprised that no one has recommended electrolysis for nostril hair. I have been permanently removing nostril hair for both males and females for about 25 years. It is a painful area to have treated and on occasions some clients have availed of a local anesthetic prior to having treatment. This is probably not a good idea to attempt if you are not a completely accurate practitioner. I had several years specialist experience prior to treating this area.

I waxed mine today, was easy, painless and satisfying haha!:green:

It certainly lol:)

I apply the wax with the spatula but never leave the spatula inside the nostril. Just leave enough wax on the outside of the nostril to create a handle to grip and remove the wax.

Hi Kim, So I take it, you don't press the wax with the cotton bud/Spatular against the edges of the nostrils, u just put a big blob slightley in there, let it set and then yank out?
Sorry! Only just seen this as I hadn't subscribed to the thread.

This is how I sometimes do it on myself (not always), but NEVER on my clients.

I dip the cotton bud into the wax and then turn it like the do candy floss. I let it set a little otherwise it will run up the bud and you'll be in a sticky mess.

I squeeze my nose so that I can't accidentally push it up too high. I place the bud just inside the nostril and swirl it around in a circle so that it's touching the edges........again, like when they make candy floss. Then I leave the bud stuck in the centre and let it set. Once set, I squeeze my nose tight and yank it straight out.

NOTE: This technique should not be used on clients and your home could be re-possessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage:)
