Novice competition, Professionalnails 2005

I am considering entering the novice competition at Earls Court in Sept as I think it would be a worthwhile experience. I've only been doing nails for about six months and have no idea of what is expected in the competion. I assume I have to do a full set of tips, gel etc... Has anyone entered the novice group before and what are the competion rules? Am I expected to complete the nails in set period of time as I'm not very fast? Can any geeks tell me how it is run and what is expected please? Much appreciated.

You have to complete a full set of pink & white and paint one hand red , if you do a search for nail competitions on here you will find a recent thread from kathryn at PB and that will answer a lot of your questions.
