Hi!


Justgone and bought a new primer. Ive bought the nsi super bond.

anyway I've literally just got back from the wholesalers - opened the bottle to see what its like and well....

ITS SOLID IN THE BOTTLE!!!??

any clues?? I'm absolutely stumped right now!

It's just frozen, and quite common in very cold temperatures. Leave it to warm to room temp, or keep the lid screwed tight and run under warm water until it's completely liquid again.
 
I've had this happen too , like above its just frozen so don't panic x

As the other geeks said, this is quite common when it's cold.

Just a word of warning though, make sure you check if it's frozen before trying to take the lid off or it might snap off.
 
I've just learnt this the hard way. Brush head has come off into the frozen primer! Nightmare!! It keeps freezing overnight at the salon:-/

OH NO! Sorry to hear that.

I used to put mine in a little cup of warm water until it returned to room temp.
