My client has already had her hair lifted on the ends. I don't know if she has done this at home or not. So I have attached a picture of her hair now and what we would like to achieve.

I don't really have to touch the roots at all because she has no grey and is pretty close to what she wants on the roots anyway.

I understand I have to lighten the mid-lengths and ends. Just unsure of how to achieve the blend colour. So any advice would be great.

Thanks in advance! x

When you prelighten over the ends, if there is a line of demarcation you'll need to bring some darker pieces down past the line to blend it, unless you are bringing all of the ombre up higher.

Nah, I wasn't planning on bringing it up higher. So I should colour the roots then to blend it down?
