Hiya all
I have just opened a small salon there is enough room for another nail tech/beauty therapist to rent a station. What percentage would you normally rent to them. Im providing products and utilities, clients etc
But im finding it hard to make a decision on what would be fair to them and to me. I dont want to seem to be unfair to who ever rents from me but want to make everything clear from the off start and thought id ask all your advice.
It is starting to cabbage my head a little bit.
but on a good note ive only been open four days and had a lot of clientele through the door old and new clients so things are looking promising and ive a full book on saturday and cant fit another thing in. So its a good start to my new venture.
