We are a very busy Aveda concept salon located in the heart of Bay Meadow, San Mateo. The owner is currently a technician with 100% booking which has limited her ability to manage the growing team. We are looking for a business partner that can help us continue to grow our business. As a business partner, your role can be solely as as a manager or as a manager/technician.
We ask that as a partner, you bring a capital investment to the business. In return,
-If you want to be a technician, in addition to a percentage of the salon profit, we also offer commission on services.
-If you want to be a manager, we offer a competitive salary in addition to the salon profit.
-If you want to be involved in both roles, we can discuss the best compensation plan for you and the salon.
The business owner is also open to a transfer of complete ownership. The owner, as a Master stylist and educator with a 100% clientele, would remain at the salon as an employee.
