Orly Gel FX lamp not working?

Has anyone else experienced problems with the Orly Gel Fx lamp, I thought being an LED lamp it would last and last and last, however it's now over 2yrs (nearly 3yrs old) and has stopped setting the gels. I know this is still good value for money, but I was under the impression the bulbs would not need replacing. Anyone else had this? Xxx

I've had mine now for 7 months and is still going well, are the blue lights all still coming on? X
