Osmo colours, advice please

Hi all,just wondering if anyone use Osmo colours? any advice please? I've seen they are 100ml tubes as to the norm 60ml

Are they any good for toning highlights? Coverage ect?

I used osmo highlift on my friend once and turned out nice. Her regrowth is a level 7 with no grey
