Hi, I'm just wondering has anyone else come across this and might be able to help me out.
I'm just getting set up with Ovatu, all going well until I hit the vouchers section.
We sell a lot of discounted vouchers for specific treatments. I'm not sure how to handle these in Ovatu.
The pass system seems to be perfect, but....it seems that a pass has to be applied to a customer and not just generic. We would have a lot of people buy these vouchers for others.
The gift card option won't really work either as it just gives a value as opposed to a specific treatment. The treatment would then have to be discounted to bring it inline with the voucher.
Anyone have anything similiar and how did they get around it?
