Ovatu help

I've finally found some time to set this up properly. I have the paid version.
All my appointments on my iphone and want them to sync to my ovatu app. I have followed manual and added ovatu in subscribed calendars but that is it. Still no joy.
Have emailed support but waiting for reply. Time is rarely found and would like to do today!!
Please people help me!!
