Pedicure advice please

Hope some of you can help me out

How do you clean your pedicure bowls? How do you empty and clean if yours is not connected to some sort of pipe or sink ? How long before water is cold, also how long into a service do you have feet in water?

I've seen some bowls that you can get that have a disposable liner in them. I'm thinking of getting them. Xx
