we have a client who’s perm looks great when wet but once dry it frizzed out and falls out. Any ideas?

Do you mean when you dried it in the salon or after a few days when she’s home?

Both! She said it was doing it when she dried it so we got her in and diffused it ourselves it did the same

What was it like when you first did it though. Did you use Olaplex and did it take properly?
It sounds like a home care issue.
Do you know what products she uses?
If it’s frizzy, I wonder if it’s got too much protein but is lacking moisture.
Does she condition it after washing to close the cuticle scales? Has she tried using a leave in conditioner?
