Hi

Can anyone tell me ... if i dye my hair using a permanant hair colour and the colour is not what i expected..can it be rectified? I have dark brown hair with a bit of red and want to go a chocolate cherry sort of colour. Im worried that if it comes out too red ill be stuck with it?

Thanks.

I would try a temp one for that washes out after a few weeks, if you like it then go permanent...Just incase it goes wrong!

Hi, yes it can be rectified, but this is a very harsh and long process and to be honest I would not go on that road.

I would say to take a strand test of your hair, then you would know exactly how the hair is going to be and there would not be suprises.

Chocolates are lovely colors and I have done lots o f them.

I agree to use a semi permanent colour, they fade gradually, you have a less noticeable regrowth and you can make changes to the colour more easily. they also have a much more glossy finish than a permanent.
