Inoa help

Hi my client is coming in a few weeks for hair colour. We did 6.66 just before Christmas which has faded out.

Her natural base is of an 8 and she has no grey.

She would like a cherry red so we are going with inoa carmilane 4.62! Should i go in with 20 vol or would 10 vol be better? She has about 1.5/2 inches of new growth.

I find 10 volume gives a better result on lighter natural levels
