Permanent makeup technician commission

Hi, I'm a permanent makeup technician and am just starting up some clinics as a visiting therapist at some local salons. Wondered if anyone else does the same and what commission they pay the salon owner . I was thinking 15%, one owner wants 20%. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

We have an aesthetics nurse who does a monthly clinic. For botox, fillers, dermaroller, SPMU and she pays us £25 per client, rather than a percentage
